We have released a new update to the Sigrow web app. Here is what changed and what was added.
New Features
New: RTR Module
We have built a new RTR (Radiation-Temperature Ratio) module in the app. RTR shows the balance between how much light your crop receives and the temperature it grows at — a practical climate steering indicator that helps you spot whether conditions are pushing your crop towards generative or vegetative growth.
This module is available upon request. If you are interested in trying it out, email success@sigrow.com or reach out to your contact person through the usual channels.
New: Substrate Calibration Profiles
Substrate calibration profiles are now added for SoilPro and SoilMini devices.
There are now 2 available substrate probe calibration options: 1) default or 2) medium texture Loam.
Note calibration is applied starting from the next device reading after selection. It does NOT recalculate past readings.
The calibration is applied per substrate measuring device and can be adjusted on the Map page.

Small Updates
- Update - Added ability to save selected transpiration module parameters ( transpiration and/or stomata conductance) to Chart favorites. You no longer have to toggle this on manually if frequently viewed
- Update - Applied changes to increase camera recognition data load times on Table page
- Update - Added ability to save and configure multiple heatmaps per location
Note - all users with access to the location will see the heatmaps
- Update - Your Location Central ID is now automatically placed in the help widget subject if logged in. This helps see which location the ticket is opened from to provide support with additional context and assist you quicker.
Bug Fixes
- Fix - CSV export for data gaps - issue fixed where export would fail if any device had a data during for selected export timeframe.
- Fix - Fixed issue with viewing Table page on mobile
- Fix - Transpiration Module - fixed user reported error where transpiration reported as 0 when cameras points were selected as the leaf temperature source.
