New Features
1. Chart Page - Organize devices with folders
Folders were added to the Chart page to help organize and group your devices.
You can now create folders, rename them, and drag and drop devices into folders.
2. Chart page - hide lines in charts
You can now hide specific data in charts. For example if you want to see Air Temperature from specific devices while still viewing VPD from all devices selected.
How to how hide:
- Click on the specific device variable you want to hide.
- In the pop-up toggle “Display on chart” to off
- Click “Confirm”.
3. Chart page - view average temperatures for camera segmentation data
Quickly view only the average for camera segmentation data
Before - Min, Average , Max always visible for camera segmentation data
After - Quickly toggle to see only average
4. Pixel details on camera images
Previously viewing the camera details and hovering for over the image to see temperature for all pixels in the image was only available for the most recent image.
Now you can do this for older images.
5. Chart page - RGB images now visible for cameras
After several requests, we have enabled viewing the RGB camera images. This is visible on the chart page when viewing images.
By default the thermal image is always visible. You now have the option to hide or switch the second image for a camera between Stomata or RGB. This is done by selecting from the dropdown.
6. Microscope dashboard
Only available for cameras with segmentation.
New page to zoom in and see histograms of temperature data from camera images.
You can select the organs of interest: Leaves/Flowers/Fruits and ensure that at any given time they are: A) Above dew point (dark blue dashed vertical line on the left - - - -) to avoid condensation and B) (During the day): below dry leaf temperature, to avoid radiation stress.
In order to find the “cold spots” you can adjust: 1. the min-max temperature slider to adjust the contrast
- The opacity RGB vs Thermal opacity
- The digital zoom from 1x to 10x (Also works with the scroll of your mouse wheel)
In practice: Most critical moments to avoid condensation are typically ±1h around sunset and ±1h around sunrise.
